The 1st QUINTy of 2012 goes to….
January 12, 2012As part of winning the previous QUINTy award, Mike G. was one who awarded it this quarter.
This quarter’s QUINTy was not an easy decision because everyone at IDCS has really worked hard and done a lot of really good things. So before awarding the QUINTy I thought it would be good to recognize the great work that has been done the last 3 months.
Mike D. has persevered through updating our CAD details and standards.
Steve is pulled in many directions every week and keeps his wits about him and isn’t afraid to laying down the law when needed.
Frank has demonstrated great time management and quick turnaround during his construction services work at AECOM.
Shannon worked hard on the St. Louis Office Open house and to putting together the videos that show how great our company is. She also worked with Mike. P in creating and organizing resumes and project descriptions.
Mike. P has really put his writing skills to use in creating and updating marketing materials and been the main author for the company blog (accept for this entry).
As you can see everyone has done great work, but when I asked around on who should receive the first QUINTY of 2012. There was an overwhelming response.
The Navigation achievement is awarded to the individual who takes the helm during a furious gale and guides IDCS to calmer waters. For commanding our ship with steadfast authority, avoiding maelstroms and running aground, this individual is presented the coveted captains cap. Ahab would be proud.
The First Quarter 2012 IDCS QUINTY is presented to Gerry Ryan for her work in St. Louis, MO. For over 5 years Gerry has worked tirelessly to form relationships in St Louis with MSD and the large firms in the area. Through her efforts, IDCS was part of the team which will be designing of the first and largest of the MSD CSO Systems Improvements. Along with the project success, IDCS was able to open a second office in St. Louis. Gerry has made sure that she will continue lead the IDCS fleet for the next 10 years through the RDP CSO Controls System Improvements.
